By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by submitting any inquiry, quote request, or booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, potential clients, and customers of DJ AyeMane. They are intended to clearly explain how this website operates, how bookings are handled, how payments and cancellations work, and what both parties can reasonably expect. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue use of this website and refrain from submitting any forms or requests.
Website Use & Access
This website is provided for informational, marketing, and booking inquiry purposes related to DJ and event services offered by DJ AyeMane in California and surrounding areas. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, or misuse any content from this website without prior written permission. Any attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality, interfere with its security, or use the site in a misleading or fraudulent manner is prohibited. DJ AyeMane reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to this website at any time if misuse or abuse is suspected.
Booking Requests, Inquiries & Availability
Submitting a booking request, contact form, or quote request through this website does not guarantee availability and does not reserve your event date. All inquiries are treated as requests only. Event dates and services are officially confirmed only after a booking agreement has been accepted and a required non-refundable deposit has been received and cleared. Until both conditions are met, DJ AyeMane may continue to accept and respond to inquiries for the same date. DJ AyeMane reserves the right to decline any booking request for lawful business reasons, including scheduling conflicts, event suitability, or operational limitations.
Pricing, Estimates & Quotes
All pricing displayed on this website or provided through email, phone, or text message is an estimate and is subject to change. Final pricing is determined based on the specific details of your event, including but not limited to the event date, duration, location, travel distance, venue requirements, equipment needs, setup and breakdown time, and any additional services requested. Quotes are valid for a limited period of time and may expire if not confirmed. Pricing is not locked in until confirmed in writing and secured with a deposit. DJ AyeMane reserves the right to adjust pricing if event details change after a quote has been provided.
Payments, Deposits & Non-Refundable Fees
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and services. The deposit applies toward the total cost of services and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, changes in plans, or events beyond either party’s control. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your booking agreement. Failure to submit payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund. DJ AyeMane reserves the right to delay setup, withhold services, or refuse to perform if payment terms are not met as agreed.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & California Compliance
All cancellations are governed by the cancellation terms outlined in your booking agreement. Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. Requests to reschedule an event must be submitted as soon as possible and are subject to availability. Approval of rescheduling is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply depending on the new date, location, or service requirements. If DJ AyeMane is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a replacement or refund applicable payments in accordance with California law.
Client Responsibilities & Event Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details, confirming that the venue allows DJ services and equipment, and ensuring there is safe access, adequate space, and reliable power for setup and performance. Clients are also responsible for the behavior of guests and venue staff. DJ AyeMane reserves the right to stop, pause, or adjust services if conditions become unsafe, illegal, or disruptive. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, as DJ AyeMane’s primary responsibility is to maintain safety and professionalism.
Service Limitations & Force Majeure
DJ AyeMane is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, power outages, weather conditions, venue shutdowns, equipment failure not caused by negligence, government orders, or actions by guests, vendors, or venue staff. Under no circumstances shall DJ AyeMane be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for services, as permitted under California law.
Equipment Use, Safety & Damage
All DJ equipment remains the property of DJ AyeMane and must be handled with care. Clients may be held financially responsible for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or negligence. DJ AyeMane reserves the right to end services immediately if equipment is placed at risk of damage or if unsafe conditions arise. Ending services due to equipment safety concerns does not entitle the client to a refund.
Music Selection & Content Disclaimer
DJ AyeMane will make reasonable efforts to accommodate music preferences and requests provided in advance. However, DJ AyeMane maintains creative control over music selection to ensure proper event flow, crowd engagement, and professionalism. Explicit or adult content may be played unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event. DJ AyeMane is not responsible for guest reactions to music lyrics or content.
Media Release & Promotional Use
Photos, videos, or audio recordings captured during events may be used for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes, including use on websites, social media, and advertising materials. Clients who do not wish for media from their event to be used must submit a written request prior to the event date. Failure to submit such a request constitutes consent.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, audio, video, branding, and design elements, is the exclusive property of DJ AyeMane and is protected under U.S. and California intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
