For every event, we arrive at least one hour early to ensure everything is set up properly and running smoothly. This allows time for sound checks and coordination with the venue. If the venue provides audio equipment, compatibility is confirmed in advance to avoid any issues. We also bring a professional DJ stand or table if a stable setup surface isn’t available. To keep your guests safe, all cables are secured to prevent tripping hazards, and all wired and wireless microphones are disinfected prior to use for a clean, comfortable experience.
