1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW
Due to the nature of digital services, creative work, and event-based bookings, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only in limited circumstances as described in this policy.

Deposits, retainers, or booking fees

3. EVENT BOOKINGS AND DJ SERVICES
3.1 Deposits and Booking Fees

All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

Deposits are used to secure the date, block availability, and cover administrative and preparation costs.

Once a date is reserved, it is removed from availability for other clients.
3.2 Client Cancellations
If the client cancels an event or service:

More than 30 days before the event:
-
Any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for partial refund at our discretion.

30 days or less before the event:
-
No refunds will be issued.

7 days or less before the event:
-
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be permitted.

All cancellations must be made in writing.
3.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Deposits may be applied to a new date one time only, provided notice is given at least 14 days in advance.

If a new date cannot be agreed upon, the deposit remains non-refundable.
4. NO-SHOWS AND CLIENT DELAYS

Failure to appear, provide access, or meet at the agreed time and location constitutes a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Delays caused by the client do not extend performance time or qualify for partial refunds.
5. PROVIDER CANCELLATION
In the rare event that DJ Ayemane must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control:

A full refund of amounts paid will be issued, or
-
At the client’s option, the event may be rescheduled
This will be the sole and exclusive remedy.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
If digital products, downloadable content, or digital services are offered:

All digital sales are final and non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued once access has been provided or the product has been delivered
This is consistent with California law regarding digital goods.
7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
If payment or booking is processed through a third-party platform (e.g., ticketing services, payment processors, booking services):

Their refund policies may apply in addition to this policy

We are not responsible for third-party processing fees

Refunds issued through third parties may exclude non-refundable fees
8. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Venue closures

Public emergencies

9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Loss of any future bookings

Submission of evidence disputing the chargeback
Chargebacks made in violation of this Refund Policy may be considered fraudulent.
